Cosmetics company ARTDECO has teamed up with illustrator Julia Pelzer to create the hot and bold Colour & Art collection.

So, from where does Julia Pelzer come into the mix, we hear you ask? The young illustrator, who has already been recognised by Elle, Glamour and even Vogue magazine, is the creative vision behind the wondrous packaging for the Colour & Art collection, resulting in the perfect combination of art and beauty.
The collection includes a range of innovative and exciting products, ranging in price from £5 to £14. The broad set contains the following: waterproof lip liner, lip lacquer, lash extension mascara, dip eyeliner, soft waterproof eyeliner, lipstick, ceramic nail lacquer, blusher and finally the magnetic beauty box. The box can hold either three of the bold eye-shadows, or just one statement blusher.
