Katy Perry unleashes her Prism collection for Claire’s
As Katy Perry prepares for her prismatic world tour she released a collection of “KatyCat” themed products in partnership with high-street store Claire’s and it is as fun, cute and glorious as you would expect.
The American pop star is known for her kooky take on fashion. In recent years the songstress has supported many looks from 50s pin-up to 90s grunge, always featuring a modern edge and that classic Katy Perry ingredient: a dash of quirky cool.
The collection she has designed for Claire’s follows the bold and brave Katy style and you can see that she has injected her own fashion flair into every design.
The compilation of pieces is made up of accessories and jewellery including phone cases, notepads, sunglasses, hair bands and clips, rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
All of the items, from the glittering notebook to the cute kitty hair clips, are quintessentially Katy Perry and all feature something that links back to her latest album and up-and-coming tour.
The range contains show-stopping statement necklaces that are gold in colour with lion head pendants, leopard print adornment and letters spelling out “ROAR”. The rings and bracelets are equally as audacious with a pack of stacking rings in gold, silver and black with the words “FIGHTER”, “CHAMPION” and “ROAR” printed on them.
There are some rather more subtle pieces in the collection: a cute collection of hair clips, pretty and simple prism pendants and embellished phone cases are all part of this affordable and exciting accessories line.
