London Collections: Men – Tiger of Sweden S/S 2015 show
Tiger of Sweden have stayed loyal to their clean-cut, slim-fitting definition of fashionable smart casual in their spring/summer 2015 menswear collection.
Black suede baseball caps and baseball-inspired suit trousers falling just above the ankle lend an air of informality to their collection: controlled casual. Loose, sporty tops and straight-fit trousers are recurring pieces in the collection, a breezy feel lent by light coloured short suits. Fitted bomber jackets trend in dark blues, light and dark colours alternating between day wear and evening wear.
In spite of the casual feel of this collection (a trap that spring and summer collections are apt to fall into), Tiger of Sweden have managed to incorporate a timeless piece: a leather trench coat of gun metal grey.
As the collection as a whole progresses with smatterings of leather appearing on sleeves, neckties and ankle boots in soft suede and leather complement the smart yet accessible style of Tiger of Sweden.
