Young, wild and free with Kigu
Are you bored of being you? Would you like to escape and just be something else? It’s quite the “Superman” concept. If you are the ordinary everyday Clarke Kent and have the choice to turn yourself into Superman, why not do it!
Kigu is giving you the chance to live this dream. You have the opportunity to convert yourself into whichever animal you want. The word “Kigu” is short for “kigurumi” which, translated from Japanese, means ‘costumed animal character’. The concept takes you back to your childhood, where dressing up was the most common act.
You can choose from a very large variety of animals: kangaroo (with a roo in the pouch), tiger, giraffe, squirrel, cow, tabby cat and plenty more. As for those who are far too shy to go all the way, animal hats exist. For instance, you could have a chicken head or a wolf’s face. Kigu reminds me of Wiz Khalifa’s song featuring Snoop Dogg and Bruno Mars, “Young, Wild, and Free”. It’s about setting your spirit free in the world.
All the outfits and hats are obtainable in regular and lighter materials, making it possible for you to sleep in, lounge around the house, as well as go to a festival or stroll with your beloved down the street. These outfits are machine washable and one size fits all, regardless of your shape and size. Kigu has really thought of no reason why you should decline to being part of their furry friends association.
Celebrities such as Lily Allen have been caught in action wearing Kigu, (see image below). It’s a great escape to bring out the child in you. Needless to say, your age is just a number here, it means absolutely nothing. So put your happy face on and wear a Kigu outfit indoors or out!
