Fitness has become big bigness. Thanks to social media platforms like Instagram, we now have a glimpse into the world of celebrity and guess what? They love working out and telling us all about it. What better way to motivate yourself to get off the sofa and into the gym than seeing images of buffed and bronzed gods and goddesses working hard on sculpting their fit bods?
Before there was Instagram, the only images we saw of celebrities working out were of them leaving sweaty and knackered after presumably gruelling fitness sessions at the gym, which didn’t make it seem such an alluring lifestyle choice.
