Ecuador’s award-winning Juliana Bar is coming to London this Wednesday for one-night only

Ecuador’s internationally acclaimed cocktail haven Juliana Bar is set to make a much-anticipated London debut this week. The award-winning bar, celebrated for its innovative Diverso menu, will take over Silverleaf on wednesday 7th June as part of their European tour.

Having opened in January 2022, Juliana has swiftly garnered recognition for its unique cocktail offerings. The bar took home the Siete Misterios Best Cocktail Menu award at The World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, a testament to the creativity of its dreative director Daniel Febres Cordero and bar director Sarah Ruiz. Juliana’s ethos is deeply rooted in showcasing Ecuador’s rich biodiversity and paying homage to ancestral farming practices through unique indigenous ingredients such as the Macambo bean, Chontacuros mealworms and Motilón fruit.

The London stopover is a central highlight of Juliana Bar’s stint in Europe. The journey began yesterday at Oslo’s Himkok, voted number 43 on the 50 Best bars list, and now the team will take over London’s Silverleaf, an independent cocktail bar renowned for celebrating unique core ingredients and diverse flavours, a perfect match for Juliana’s own commitment to innovative mixology.

Following their London stop, Juliana will wrap up their tour on Sunday the 11th at Paris’ Le Syndicat, which is also renowned for championing local heritage.
