Harry’s Victoria launches with its characteristic 1950s Italy charm

Harry’s Victoria, the latest addition to the namesake restaurant collection, officially opened its doors on July 2nd, introducing the charm of 1950s Italy to London’s Victoria area. Located at 52 Grosvenor Gardens, SW1W 0AU, this new venue is the largest Harry’s yet, boasting a 15-seater private dining room, a 22-seater al fresco terrace, and a menu filled with classic Italian dishes. The launch marks the third Harry’s restaurant in London, joining its popular counterparts in Knightsbridge and Marylebone.

The design of Harry’s Victoria draws inspiration from Italy’s glamorous 1950s era, featuring elegant interiors that combine luxurious textures with bright colours to create a stylish and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant offers a sumptuous all-day menu that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch options.

Executive Chef Simon Gregory and Head Chef Emanuele Giustiniani helm the kitchen, presenting a selection of exquisite Italian classics. Highlights of the menu include delectable antipasti, such as Gamberi and ‘nduja, indulgent pastas, like Lobster Ravioli, and a range of meat and seafood dishes, among which can be found Truffled Chicken and Frutti di Mare, all prepared with the finest ingredients and plated with passion. For pizza lovers, the restaurant crafts its pizzas with a special hand-stretched dough that is slowly proved for 72 hours, resulting in a light and flavourful crust.

Dessert enthusiasts will be pleased to find Harry’s signature sweet recipes, such as the legendary Harry’s Toadstool, with white chocolate, fresh raspberries, mascarpone mousse, iced vanilla parfait and pistachio biscotti crunch served with warm pistachio sauce. And for those seeking a glamorous night out, the cocktail list features classic tipples alongside the restaurant’s twists, comprising the opportunity to build one’s own negroni, choosing among spirit, vermouth and bitter aperitivo.

Situated in a hub of transport, culture, shopping, and entertainment, Harry’s Victoria is well placed for diners to enjoy a meal before or after exploring London’s iconic parks, nearby theatres, and boutiques.
