Oria Ethical Jewellery is “dedicated to making beautiful, fine jewellery in a socially responsible way. We are passionate about respecting nature. We take the greatest care in sourcing the most ethically produced materials available.”  Supporting small-scale, Fairtrade companies that have good working conditions, pay decent wages, and do not engage in the use of child labour, there is very little more you could ask of an ethical company: the metals, diamonds and coloured stones that they use in their contemporary collections can be traced from the mine to the consumer.

Their style is simple, contemporary collections using gold, silver, leather, and even gold-plated silver materials. Each piece is hand-crafted, right in the Oria Jewellery headquarters in London.  They even offer an entirely ethical wedding line, complete with matching engagement and eternity rings, covered in dazzling gemstones, and you can get in contact with Oria Jewellery to have them design bespoke wedding rings.

We love the gold Bibbi Collection, inspired by the magic of the Norwegian woods, with simple necklaces featuring delicate charms of hearts, clovers, and flowers. We also love the Leather Star Cuffs (£57) featured in either a narrow or wide version of bronzed cuff with star cut-outs.

To check out the whole collection, and learn more about their ethical practices, visit the Oria Jewellery website here.
