One Off: A new take on personal shopping

One Off: A new take on personal shopping

Here at The Upcoming we love vintage clothing and simply can’t get enough of the surprising, unique and quirky styles we might come across. There is comfort in knowing it’s highly unlikely, or simply impossible for that all too embarrassing moment when you turn up to a party and someone else is wearing the exact same outfit as you! Dressing from the high street can often lead to this awkward situation and this is another reason we adore vintage. That’s where One Off comes in.

The online store – or personal style advisor, as some might say – offers the chance for you to buy ready made, on-trend and complete outfits. They take away the time-consuming worry about what to wear to that important interview, birthday party or already scary date, so all you have to do is worry about looking gorgeous in your pre-made outfit.

One Off specialises in bringing their customers only the best, whether it’s a rediscovered treasure from the past or a great find from the high street. They take time in putting together one-of-a-kind looks rather than selling their stock in bulk.

Set up in 2011 by fashion lover Josie Harris, One Off presents a unique and affordable alternative to personal shoppers. Josie is a girl after our own heart, an out and proud bargain hunter that believes you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg in order to look and stay stylish.

The site also sells jewellery designed and made by jewellery designer Jessie Harris. Her pieces are exclusive to One Off and are all handmade by the talented designer.

Take a look at the hand-picked outfits here and remember to pop back, because you never know what fashion gems may crop up on their site in the near future.
