Lipsy London: Love fragrance VIP launch party

Yesterday The Upcoming was kindly invited to attend the Lipsy party at the Gilgamesh restaurant lounge, Camden Town.  The fashion brand was celebrating the launch of its new fragrance called Love, which is fruity yet passionately seductive – everything needed for the art of glamour and romance.

Dim lighting and luxurious seating set the mood for glittery waitresses handing out mini burgers and chips to guests for them to feast on, whilst they spotted celebrities and mingled with other guests.  As celebrities such as Mick Norcross from The only way is Essex started filtering in, bottles of champagne with sparklers attached starting flying around like indoor fireworks. As the night progressed and the bar ran out of mojito, shots of vodka were being passed around creating a big buzz of energy.

Celebrity guests included stars from Made in Chelsea, Gabriella and Cheska, TOWIE stars Lydia Bright and Chloe Sims, as well as Georgia Salpha, Simon Webb, Chipmunk and JLS, who fantastically performed on stage with a DJ set that got everyone on their feet and in a party mood. Overall, this was a fantastically planned event that ensured its guests an excellent night and its fragrance two thumbs up.

The enchanting first fragrance, Love by Lipsy London, is available in stores nationwide now. Coming in two sizes at an exceptionally reasonable price, just £18 for 30ml and £25 for 50ml, Love fragrance is one of this season’s party must-haves.
