Laura Mercier releases Arabesque collection
Laura Mercier is loved by beauty editors and make-up enthusiasts galore around the world. With products such as her Secret Camouflage and Tinted Moisturiser being all-time classics, it’s no wonder the new collection created quite a stir.
Named Arabesque, Laura Mercier created this collection, having been inspired by “the spirit of light and movement,” taking inspiration from ballet, yoga and dance. The collection’s colour palettes include nuances of soft pinks, blues and neutrals.
The stand-out product of the collection is the Free Spirit Baked Eye Palette. Priced at £30, this palette has five baked eye shadows ranging from a soft pink, a couple of neutral bronze-browns and two delicate light blues. Known for her soft, blendable eye shadow shades, Mercier’s palette is sure to be a sell-out.
We also love the Crème Cheek Colours (£20.50), of which there are two, but we particularly love this shade in praline. A gorgeous, creamy, dusty rose, this colour would suit almost any skin tone and is the perfect soft shade for coming into spring.
The lipstick of the collection shares the same name and is completely luxurious. With the perfect creamy texture, this formula gives the most gorgeous soft pink colour and has been enriched with olive oil and vitamin E to nourish the lips. Priced at £20, we think this will be another stand-out product.
The collection also includes a soft pink nail polish called En Pointe, a Faux Lash Mascara which is in the shade navy slate, two eye pencils in midnight blue and stone grey, two lip stains in neutral pink and berry shades and a gorgeous lip gloss to finish off the look.
