We’ve been waiting and waiting but now it seems the sun is finally here. The days have brightened, the evenings have got lighter and no doubt the BBQ invites will soon come flooding in. The holidays are in sight and we can’t wait! With all this in mind, the high street is suddenly bursting with summer fashion and with so much out there it’s hard to know where to start, so here at The Upcoming we’ve decided to help you out.

We’ve filtered through what the shops currently have to offer you lovely ladies and here we have our pick of affordable and on-trend sandals to help get you started. After all, we all love our shoes, don’t we? So, we couldn’t think of a better place to start to get us in the spring of things.

All you need to think about is getting those toenails looking pretty!

 zalando

“Cassis Cote D’azur Georgy” from Zalando – £46

First up, presenting this neutral pair, which will have the added benefit of going with your entire summer wardrobe. We love the coin detail.

 debenhams1 debenhams2

“Peach/Metallic embellished flat sandals” from Debenhams for £38

We think these two are super pretty, as well as versatile. Due to the embellishments they’ll go with a whole range of outfits! Get a touch of chic at an affordable price, as these are from British designer Matthew Williamson in his “Butterfly” range for Debenhams. Costing a mere £38, what are you waiting for?

 urbanoutiftters

“Pink aranha t-bar shoes” by “Melissa” from Urban Outfitters or ASOS for £45

These are for those of you feeling a little more brave; be fashion forward with some bright neon tones. This colour-popping pair will certainly catch the eye, practical for holidays or festivals with the durable rubber.  Pick up this fun and quirky pair if you’re after something a little different!

 anadonca

“Anadonca camel/gold” by Jonak for £51.99

We’ve selected this high fashion pair as a safer option; with intersecting leather straps they’ll stand the test of time whilst remaining in fashion due to the classic combination of woven straps in matte tan leather and metallic faux snake skin.

gelsandles

“Black women’s logo plate jelly” by Michael Kors for £44.99

We’ve taken another dip into designer for you here. These ultra-practical jelly sandals are perfect for walks along the beach! Simplistic yet elegant, we love these as a summer staple.
