Sprayground brings us the After School collection

The backpack seemed to be a big trend over the summer season. When you were younger, your backpack at school might have been quite plain and simple. However, Sprayground are making backpacks exciting.Spraygrounds Glaxy

David Ben-David launched Sprayground two and a half years ago. His roots are in Miami’s notorious graffiti scene and co-signs from street art legends in New York. David’s reasoning behind starting Sprayground was that after he had travelled the world with a black backpack, and he wanted to buy a new bag, he was sick of the obvious. He knew he had an eye for edgy ideas and he needed a backpack that would kick off the rebel of all bag companies. This led to Sprayground being born. Spraygrounds Ninja

Sprayground’s latest collection, the After School collection, does take you back to school. You will wish you had a backpack as cool as some of these. For the aspiring astronaut there is the Galaxy Deluxe, which has an outer space print all over the bag. For your inner ninja there’s the Ninja Deluxe, which comes in black or red. Two of the coolest designs though have to be the Shark Deluxe in leopard and camouflage. Spraygrounds shark

These bags are so unique and if you don’t buy one for yourself, maybe you have a teenage sibling who will love them just as much. It seems to be that David doesn’t plan to go beyond bags at the moment. When he was asked what we can expect going forward on the product side, he simple replied: “Kill it in bags first, then I’ll let you know.” Who can blame him?

Head over to Sprayground’s website now to see more of David’s stand-out designs. Maybe a mini keyring version of his backpacks might take your fancy.
