Ellie Goulding for MAC Cosmetics revealed
British musician Ellie Goulding is the latest celebrity to join forces with make-up mogul MAC; she will be creating a party-ready collection, available this December.
The popstar may not have been the most obvious choice for MAC to partner up with but since we have had a sneak peek at what the range will have to offer it seems that they are a match made in cosmetics heaven.
MAC often partners up with stars who have a rather bold and brazen style – Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj and even Lorde whose collection was full of deep, dark hues reminiscent of the star’s Gothic style, but with Ellie Goulding they seemed to have struck gold, quite literally.
MAC recently released a little snap on their Instagram account revealing a shimmering selection of a soft yet warm range of products that reflect Ellie’s chilled and whimsical persona.
The promotional image shows us a peachy pink lipstick, a set of light, flirty lashes and a glimpse of something gold, sparkly and most certainly Christmas list worthy.
Goulding is often seen at red carpet events with soft and rather feminine beauty looks that are made up of warm, earthy gold, bronze and brown as well as muted pink and peach that she has clearly brought forward in this MAC collection.
There is no news on prices or an official release date yet, just that it should be here in time for the Christmas season – best start writing those wish lists.
