We have long passed the days where being thin and skinny was everyone’s goal. Now it’s all about being fit. Facebook is full with friends sharing their run times and Instagram is overflowing with pictures of smoothie bowls and chia-seed pudding. Of course celebrities have jumped on the bandwagon. So if you are in need of a little extra “fitspo” try looking up your favourite celeb because chances are they will be sharing their fitness regime online.
