Gennaro Esposito, chef of two-michelin-star restaurant Torre del Saracino, is launching his debut UK operation IT London in Mayfair. We stopped to talk about this at Bellavita 2019, the biggest Italian expo in the British capital. The chef told us about taking this challenge, sharing his tips for what to try at IT, and whether Brexit could make this challenge even harder.
