Shake Shack launches limited-edition Black Truffle Menu across UK restaurants for Christmas

Truffle hunters, assemble: Shake Shack is presenting a limited-time Black Truffle Menu at all of its UK restaurants from 5^th November until 6^th January 2027. The selection is built around a black truffle sauce made with Italian black truffle oil, which features across three burgers and three sides, with new drinks to wash them down. The menu will also be available for delivery from 12^th November until 6^th January.

The American burger chain, which opened its first restaurant in New York’s Madison Square Park in 2004, has created three truffle burgers, all served on a toasted potato bun. The Black Truffle Burger is an Emmental cheeseburger topped with the truffle sauce, rocket and crispy shallots. For veggies, the Black Truffle ‘Shroom features a crispy portobello mushroom filled with a blend of melted cheeses and topped with the sauce and shredded lettuce. Finally, the Black Truffle Chicken pairs a crunchy fried chicken breast with pickled red onions, rocket and truffle sauce. Also featuring the sauce are three special sides, including Black Truffle Fries, Black Truffle Onion Rings and Black Truffle Chicken Bites.

The temporary menu also offers two drinks (without truffle!) that are appropriately high-end to fit with the food selection. There’s a Sparkling Blood Orange Lemonade and a seriously decadent Hazelnut Chocolate Crunch Shake. The dessert drink blends frozen vanilla custard with salted chocolate hazelnut spread and chopped hazelnuts, all of which is encased in a dark chocolate shell designed to be cracked open, and finished with whipped cream and more chopped hazelnuts.
