Peroni launch zero-alcohol beer with zero-payment meals at Radici on 19 April

Italian beer brand, Peroni Nastro Azzurro is proud to unveil new Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%, a brand-new alcohol-free beer from April 2022. In celebration of the launch, at 00:00am on 19th April 2022, a 0.0%-inspired temporary Italian trattoria will open its doors in London, ready to welcome guests and take them on an elevated, plant-based culinary journey. Welcome to 0.0steria Peroni.

Around a banqueting table set for a gastronomic adventure, guests will enjoy gourmet dishes, and be amongst the first people in the UK to experience New Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%- the ideal beer accompaniment to any social, dining occasion, with zero-compromise on taste and quality. 0.0steria Peroni will bring diners an experience with true Italian passion and flair from start to finish, with both the beer and the food showcasing the very best of Italian craftmanship.

Over the course of two hours, guests will experience five exclusive courses, cooked by Francesco Mazzei and his team of chefs. Experienced as an intimate group of just 20 around the table per sitting, each dish will take them on a journey to explore zero; from a zero-colour, all black primi, to a main course engineered to be best enjoyed blindfolded, with zero-sight. To kick off the meal, guests will even have the rare opportunity to get hands-on in the kitchen, for an immersive ‘cicchetti’ course with a twist.

Personally designed and crafted by Mazzei, the five-course Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%-inspired menu will use only premium, seasonal ingredients – including a rich and earthy roasted garlic and spring truffle pizzette, and a vegan twist on a classic tiramisu.

Offering the same superior taste experience of Peroni Nastro Azzurro, with a crisp and refreshing Italian taste and 0.0% alcohol, each dish within the 0.0steria Peroni menu has been engineered to complement its taste and is crafted with superior Italian ingredients including the signature Nostrano dell‘Isola maize – grown exclusively for Peroni Nastro Azzurro in the north of Italy.

Chef Mazzei commented: “At 0.0steria Peroni we’ll be transporting guests from London to my homeland of Italy through their senses. I’ll be cooking and serving unique Italian dishes I’ve designed exclusively to be elevated by the refreshing, crisp taste of new Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%, taking people who try them on a culinary journey into the concept of zero. In just 24 hours, we’ll be bringing zero to life in a way that people will never have experienced before.”

“Guests of 0.0steria Peroni will be amongst the first people in the UK to experience its effervescent, refreshing taste. With 0.0% alcohol, we wanted to ensure consumers can live every moment fully,” added Sam Rhodes at Asahi UK.

Tickets for the exclusive dining experience at 0.0steria Peroni are limited and can be booked via Eventbright. Tickets are available across five booking slots on Tuesday 19th April, midnight, 12pm, 2:30pm, 6:30pm and 8:45pm. The 0.0steria Peroni menu has been designed to be inclusive, with each dish being created to cater for a vegan diet.
