YO! Sushi teams up with KitKat to launch limited-edition dessert across UK restaurants

YO! Sushi has announced a new collaboration with confectionery brand KitKat, unveiling a limited-edition dessert across its UK restaurants from 17th March. The partnership introduces the KitKat x YO! Cream Puff, a pastry combining elements from both brands, as part of the chain’s updated menu.

The limited-edition treat, priced at £5.50, features a choux pastry filled with chocolate cream, topped with KitKat crumbs and KitKat sauce, and finished with a signature KitKat finger. The aim is to offer diners a novel dessert experience by blending Japanese-style patisserie with one of the UK’s best-known chocolate bars.

This joint effort marks KitKat’s latest foray into foodservice partnerships, and their new co-conspirators are keen, describing the project as an “exclusive, new collaboration with an iconic brand”. The launch comes as YO! updates its menu for the spring season, introducing the new pudding in all of its restaurants across the country. They have not specified how long the KitKat x YO! Cream Puff will remain available, only noting that it is a short-term offering.
