Nobu Hotel London unveils summer culinary delights with new partnerships and experiences

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is unveiling a series of exciting gastronomic experiences and partnerships. The hotel is introducing the Taste of Nobu Platter to commemorate 30 years of the iconic Nobu brand, alongside the relaunch of the Nobu Terrace, an exciting collaboration with the prestigious Chateau d’Esclans winery, and a bespoke Afternoon Tea, created in partnership with the renowned fragrance brand BYREDO.

The early May launch of Provence in Portman Square brings a taste of French elegance to the city, partnering with Chateau d’Esclans to transform the Nobu Terrace into a Rosé lover’s paradise. Guests can expect to enjoy innovative cocktail offerings alongside the highly anticipated Taste of Nobu Platter. This new dish, priced at £68, encapsulates the essence of the Nobu dining experience, featuring favourites such as Black Cod Butter Lettuce Wraps, Crispy Rice, and Sashimi.

The terrace, open from Tuesday to Saturday starting Wednesday 1st May, is not the only highlight. Thursday 9th May marks the launch of the BYREDO x Nobu Hotel London Portman Square Afternoon Tea. This unique offering combines the modern luxury of BYREDO with Nobu’s signature Japanese-inspired culinary flair. The menu, inspired by BYREDO’s renowned scents, includes delicacies such as Shrimp Salad Roll, Beef Tataki Shokupan, and a dessert inspired by the Mojave Ghost fragrance. Prices for this one-of-a-kind afternoon tea experience start from £70 per person, with a vegan option available for £63.

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, with its 249 rooms, remains a beacon of luxury in the city, offering a range of amenities including the Nobu Restaurant, Bar & Terrace, and Wellness facilities. The partnership with Chateau d’Esclans and BYREDO further cements the hotel’s reputation as a destination for those seeking unparalleled gourmet experiences in the heart of London.
