Heavenly Desserts introduces savoury brunch menu at its Stratford location

The dessert franchise Heavenly Desserts is expanding its treats selection to include savoury options for the first time, launching a new brunch menu at its Stratford location in London on Thursday, 1 August. The latest offerings, which will be available daily from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm, mark a significant shift for the brand traditionally celebrated for its sweet dishes. The brunch menu will initially be introduced in seven of the franchise’s nearly 60 locations across the UK.

The food list includes loaded bagels, spiced red pepper and tomato shakshuka, and a smoked salmon and scrambled egg croffle—a blend of croissant and waffle. The franchise aims to cater to both traditional and adventurous palates, with prices for all dishes set below £15.

Yousif Aslam, co-managing director of Heavenly Desserts, expressed enthusiasm about the launch. “After months of hard work from the entire head office team, we’re incredibly excited to be expanding into new taste territory with our brunch menu landing in selected stores this July,” Aslam stated. He further explained the strategic move, “Brunch is a huge shift for us as a brand, but the introduction of savoury menu options was driven by our mission to consistently innovate and to maintain our presence as a trendsetter in the premium dessert dining category.”

In addition to the savoury items, the menu will continue to offer Heavenly Desserts’ signature sweet dishes, including Blueberry Pancakes and Berry French Toast, along with new items like Caramelised Biscuit and Banana Overnight Oats. The brunch experience will also cater to various dietary requirements, with the majority of options being suitable for halal and vegetarian diets.

The drinks list ranges from fresh juices to hot teas and coffees, with fresh new smoothies set to include healthy green and berry granola.

The brunch offerings will be available at select locations including Manchester, Preston, York, Cambridge, London Stratford, Sutton Coldfield, and Aberdeen, with plans to expand to additional stores soon.
