Mercer Roof Terrace to launch alpine-themed winter experience in partnership with Beluga Vodka

Mercer Roof Terrace, discreetly located on the seventh floor of the Vintry & Mercer Hotel in London, is scheduled to open its winter terrace on 11th November, offering an alpine-themed experience in partnership with Beluga Vodka. The seasonal attraction, designed to evoke the charm of an après-ski setting, will feature a cosy igloo and heated cabins, providing guests with a private and intimate dining atmosphere amidst the bustling city.

The winter terrace aims to transform the rooftop into a picturesque winter wonderland, accommodating up to seven people in its igloo and up to four guests in each cabin. These facilities are ideal for a snug retreat complete with faux fur blankets, flickering candles, and fairy lights, all set against the panoramic backdrop of London’s skyline, from St. Paul’s Cathedral to The Shard.

In addition to the scenic views and ambience, Mercer Roof Terrace will also introduce a bespoke cocktail menu crafted in collaboration with Beluga Vodka. The drinks list includes Off-Piste – a blend of Beluga Noble, peach liqueur, lemon juice, orgeat and mint leaves – and Après-Ski – combining Beluga Noble infused with lemon verbena, green apple liqueur, elderflower cordial and topped with soda water. For martini enthusiasts, there are also the Beluga Gold Martini and the Beluga Caviar Martini, each priced at £20, prepared with ingredients the like of black sesame and caviar-infused Noilly Prat.

Complementing the drinks selection, the terrace’s food menu focuses on farm-to-table principles. Highlights include Yorkshire Ham Hock Terrine, Hereford Beef Fillet Tartare, and Whole Roasted Cornish John Dory, each dish carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients.

This winter initiative by Mercer Roof Terrace not only provides a festive haven leading up to Christmas but also extends into the early months of 2025.
