The Vineyard launches Sip & Sketch art workshops with afternoon tea

Berkshire luxury hotel The Vineyard will be hosting a series of Sip & Sketch events on 5th July, 13th September and 29th November 2025. From 1pm to 5.30pm, guests are invited to participate in professionally guided painting workshops led by local artist Simon Pink. Each session is paired with a glass of All Angels sparkling wine and an afternoon tea, featuring traditional elements such as warm scones, finger sandwiches and pastries. The initiative aims to provide a relaxed, artistic experience at the hotel, which organisers say offers “a welcoming and luxurious setting that encourages conversation and connection”. Participants are encouraged to express their artistic flair while enjoying the atmosphere.

The Vineyard is situated approximately an hour from London, and is comprised of 49 rooms and suites, a spa and a private art collection. It is known for its extensive wine collection, offering around 15,000 bottles from both New and Old World producers, and has established a reputation for combining fine dining and cultural experiences. The Sip & Sketch series reflects a continuing trend among hospitality venues, who offer experiential events combining art, gastronomy and local culture.

The event is open to both hotel guests and members of the public, subject to availability, with tickets priced at £95 per person, which covers the painting workshop, a glass of sparkling wine and afternoon tea. For those interested in extending their visit, room rates at The Vineyard start from £295 per night for a luxury double room, or £336 including breakfast.
