The drinks menu is described as concise and exclusively Basque, featuring white and rosé wines, sparkling txakoli and Rioja Alavesa, as well as beer, cider and gin. All drinks will be sourced locally from the region.

Richard Bigg, founder of Camino Group, has a history of bringing Spanish-inspired venues to London, and Pintxito marks the latest addition to his portfolio. The bar aims to replicate the informal, sociable atmosphere of Basque pintxos bars, offering Londoners and visitors an opportunity to sample authentic regional flavours in a central location.
