Rotunda at Four Seasons London Bridge launches floral cocktail menu and dried flower installation for summer

Rotunda Bar and Lounge at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge will unveil a new floral-themed cocktail menu on 24th July, alongside a temporary dried flower installation designed to reflect the essence of the British countryside in summer. The limited-time Summer Spritz Selection will be available at the hotel’s riverside location in central London, with the initiative aiming to offer guests a seasonal, sensory experience through both its setting and drinks.
Lavender from Castle Farm in Kent will be used to scent the space, and the interior will be decorated with hundreds of hand-tied bouquets made from locally grown and sustainably sourced dried flowers, including roses, lavender and helichrysum. Each guest who purchases a cocktail from the selection will receive a complimentary bouquet to take home.
The drinks menu – available for a limited period, with cocktails priced at £20 and non-alcoholic options at £14 – has been developed by Michele Lombardi, head of bars at the hotel. The collection focuses on rum-based spritzes infused with floral botanicals. “The Summer Spritz Selection pays homage to the great British countryside,” said Lombardi. “From the floral flavours and botanicals in every glass, to the bar turned lavender sanctuary and soft fragrance filling the room, the Summer Spritz Selection takeover is a true sensory experience.”
Among the featured drinks is the Lavender Twilight, which combines Takamaka Blanc rum with lavender cordial, rose vermouth, timur berry and champagne. The Orchard Spritz blends Takamaka Coconut rum with jasmine liqueur, sherry, Granny Smith apple cordial and Double Dutch soda. A non-alcoholic option, the Verdant Bloom, features Lyre’s Agave Spirit and Double Dutch’s Cucumber & Watermelon soda.
