Emilia’s opens largest new pasta restaurant in Victoria

Handmade pasta brand Emilia’s has opened its largest restaurant to date in the heart of Victoria, continuing its specialism in freshly prepared dishes and traditional Italian recipes. With locations already running in Aldgate, Canary Wharf and St Katharine Docks, among others, the group’s sixth venue in the capital seats 100 diners over two storeys and offers an al fresco outdoor terrace.
Emilia’s was founded in 2016, and has built a reputation for its commitment to traditional Italian cooking methods. All pasta and sauces are prepared from scratch on site, using what the company describes as “100% natural ingredients”. The new menu in Victoria will include several signature dishes, such as Casarecce Truffled Cacio e Pepe and a Pappardelle Béchamel Bolognese, which is slow-cooked for a minimum of four hours.
The opening follows a trend in the casual dining sector of restaurants offering specialised menus and handmade dishes. It is expected to attract both local residents and office workers, as well as visitors to nearby attractions, catering to both casual diners and those looking for a more extended experience – and for the opening week, from 28th July until 6th August, patrons can benefit from 50% off their food order.
