GAIL’s Bakery unveils 2025 festive range with new seasonal bakes, gifts and hampers across the UK

GAIL’s Bakery has launched its 2025 festive range across its UK locations and online, with a new menu and seasonal gift collection. The offering includes a variety of baked goods, pantry items, and homeware, all designed to reflect the bakery’s focus on seasonal ingredients and gifting during the Christmas period.

The collection features the return of GAIL’s Sourdough Panettones, available in Classic, Chocolate, and Pistachio & Lemon flavours, alongside a new Mandarin & White Chocolate variant. These 1kg boxed panettone (RRP £35) are also available in a smaller 500g size (RRP £25) exclusively at select John Lewis stores and online. The Classic option will additionally be sold by the slice in some of the bakeries.

Among the savoury items returning to the menu are the Turkey, Chestnut & Ham Hand Pie and the Smoked Turkey & Swiss Cheese Sandwich. A new addition this year is the Ham, Cheese & Stuffing Croissant, filled with béchamel and topped with a redcurrant BBQ sauce, served daily from 11 am.

Sweet bakes include favourites such as Christmas Buns, Iced Penguin Biscuits and Classic Mince Pies, which are made with Jonagold apples, Calvados, vine fruits, cranberries and candied citrus peel. Mince pies can be purchased individually or in boxes of six, with a few locations serving them warm with clotted cream.

New seasonal bakes for 2025 include the Cranberry, Whisky & Brown Butter Ecclefechan Slice, a rich, festive take on the Scottish classic, and the Chai & Pistachio Cookie, which features a white chocolate ganache centre and is made with Diaspora Co.’s chai masala blend.

Festive drinks have also been introduced, among which there are The Holiday Filter – characterised by notes of boozy chocolate, ripe fruit, and a syrupy sweetness – and a Hot Cocoa made with cocoa powder.

GAIL’s has also expanded its pantry and gifting selection, which comprises Parmesan Cheese Biscuits, Malt Loaf made with spent grains and TOAST Ale, and preserves such as Apple & Green Tomato Chutney and a Mincemeat with Apples & Calvados Jar. A Piccalilli, created in collaboration with Eaten Alive, will be available from 8th December.

To complete the festive series, in partnership with Earl of East, GAIL’s is offering two bakery-inspired candles – Brown Butter Caramel & Warming Spices and Olive Oil, Rosemary & Sea Salt – priced at £30 each or £42 for a set of two votives.

Two curated festive hampers are also available for nationwide delivery from mid-November. The After Dinner Box (RRP £50) includes a selection of biscuits and coffee, while the Long Weekend Box (RRP £70) features pantry staples and snacks for seasonal gatherings.
