Bombolone Piccadilly unveils limited-edition Christmas doughnut collection with Italian flair

Piccadilly Italian doughnut café Bombolone has unveiled a limited-edition Christmas collection of festive treats, available throughout the holiday season. The café, which specialises in brioche-style doughnuts, has introduced six new seasonal flavours, aiming to offer visitors a taste of Christmas with an Italian twist. The line-up includes flavours inspired by classic seasonal ingredients and desserts, featuring:

Nutcracker Story – hazelnut praline topped with white chocolate
Snowflake Crème – a Kinder Bueno-inspired filling with cream and white chocolate
Mr Ginger Nice – a blend of cinnamon, caramel and Lotus cream
Black Forrest – dark chocolate and cherry with a glossy glaze
Jingle Berry – raspberry and white chocolate
Pretzel the Reindeer – pretzel chocolate cream topped with pretzel ‘antlers’

In addition to sweet offerings, Bombolone has expanded its savoury menu for the festive period. A limited-edition Turkey & Emmental brioche sandwich is available, alongside vegetarian options such as Falafel Hummus and Mozzarella Classica, which features mozzarella, tomato, basil and balsamic vinegar. Hot chocolate also plays a central role in the seasonal menu, with the café serving several varieties, including a 72% Single-origin Dark Hot Chocolate and a White Pistachio Hot Chocolate, described as “a dessert in a cup”.

The team addressed their clientele, saying: “Visit Bombolone this Christmas and savour the season’s sweetest moments. Whether you’re indulging in a festive doughnut, sharing a sandwich with friends, sipping their rich signature hot chocolates or simply soaking in the holiday magic, Bombolone is ready to make your festive celebrations filled with La Dolce Vita.”
