Whittard of Chelsea and The Cross Keys bring back festive Cosy Happy Hour in Chelsea

Whittard of Chelsea and The Cross Keys bring back festive Cosy Happy Hour in Chelsea

Tea and hot drinks brand, Whittard of Chelsea, has partnered once again with historic pub The Cross Keys in Chelsea to host its Cosy Happy Hour throughout December. Taking place every Tuesday evening from 6pm to 7pm at the pub’s Lawrence Street location, the event offers complimentary festive drinks and treats to visitors.

The collaboration follows the success of the same event held last year and returns in 2025 with a new selection of seasonal offerings. Attendees can expect a range of Whittard of Chelsea’s winter-themed products, including Mulled Wine Instant Tea, Luxury White Hot Chocolate, Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate, All Butter Christmas Pudding Biscuits, and Cranberry & White Chocolate Biscuits.

The Cross Keys, which has been operating since 1708, is characterised by a traditional pub atmosphere and proximity to landmarks such as Battersea Park and the Royal Chelsea Hospital. The menus emphasise a field to fork concept, with dishes prepared with the best local and wild seasonal ingredients that have been responsibly sourced. The venue provides a fitting backdrop for the event, which focuses on creating a cosy and communal environment during the festive season.

For over 135 years, Whittard of Chelsea has been at the heart of British comfort, crafting the finest teas, coffees, and hot chocolates to bring people together. This collaboration continues that legacy, celebrating the simple joy of slowing down, sharing a cup, and savouring the season.

The Cosy Happy Hour is open to the public and will take place on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th December. There is no charge for the drinks and biscuits offered during the one-hour slot, though reservations may be recommended due to limited space.

The event is part of Whittard of Chelsea’s wider festive campaign, which features a seasonal product range available online and in stores.
