This collaboration brings together two chefs from very different backgrounds: Blondet, who has led Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester since 2016, and Maguire, a home cook who rose to prominence through his recent MasterChef win. The dinner represents a rare opportunity for members of the public to sample dishes prepared by both a celebrated professional chef and an acclaimed amateur.
