London hospitality group The Evolv Collection has appointed Michelin-starred chef Miller Prada as its new group culinary consultant. Prada’s arrival marks a significant development for the group, which operates 30 venues across the UK and internationally. The move is part of a broader ambition to strengthen Evolv’s culinary reputation and expand globally.

Earning his first star at Humo London in 2023, Prada brings nearly two decades of experience from acclaimed establishments worldwide. His first assignment for the group was to oversee the transformation of Orrery, the French eatery on Marylebone High Street, which is scheduled to reopen this spring after a three-month refurbishment. As a priority, he identified and recruited Pierre Minotti as executive chef, renaming the restaurant Orrery by Pierre Minotti. The new chef is best known for his work at Alex Dilling at Hotel Café Royal, where he achieved two Michelin stars within four months of opening.

Reflecting on his new role, Prada said: “Joining The Evolv Collection at such a pivotal moment is a true honour. I intend to help shape the next chapter of a group built on the Conran legacy and a portfolio of iconic London restaurants, and I plan to bring my own creative vision to continue that tradition of excellence. My focus will be on delivering meaningful creative impact that supports the Collection’s evolution and future direction.”

The appointment of Prada and Minotti completes what the group describes as a “triple crown” of Michelin talent. Alongside Prada, the team includes Craig Johnston, head chef at Angler, which has retained its Michelin star for 13 consecutive years, and now Minotti.
