Benugo branches nationwide are honouring father figures with freebies this weekend
Food and drinks are most delicious when they’re free – and especially for Father’s Day, eatery group Benugo has announced a series of dining offers across locations in London, Windsor, Oxford and Coventry this weekend.
The offers span a mix of options, from park cafés serving casual food to rooftop and riverside restaurants attached to galleries and arts centres. Several of the participating venues are in or next door to favourite public spaces and cultural attractions, including Westminster Abbey, the Ashmolean Museum and the British Film Institute, making for a potential cultural add-on to the Father’s Day festivities.
At four cafés in the Royal Parks, fathers can eat free with the purchase of another main course on Sunday. The offer applies at Regent’s Bar & Kitchen in Regent’s Park, Serpentine Bar & Kitchen in Hyde Park, The Pavilion Café in Greenwich Park and St James’s Café in St James’s Park. To take part, guests must complete an online form, after which they will receive a voucher to present to staff on the day.
Meanwhile, at The Cellarium Café & Terrace at Westminster Abbey there’s a complimentary beer or non-alcoholic drink for fathers with any meal from 19th to 23rd June. Down the Thames at the BFI Riverfront on the South Bank, fathers can claim a burger and a complimentary beer or glass of wine.
Outside the capital in Windsor Great Park, The Savill Garden Kitchen is providing a complimentary beer or soft drink for fathers alongside its Farm to Fork menu, which uses local and seasonal ingredients. Further out, The Ashmolean Rooftop Restaurant in Oxford is also running a similar promotion, with a complimentary beer or non-alcoholic drink for fathers ordering any meal. Then there’s the Bar & Kitchen at the Warwick Arts Centre (on the University of Warwick campus in Coventry) where the team is offering a complimentary beer for fathers with any meal.
Advance booking is required for all of the above, so get those treats locked in to honour those deserving father figures!
