Mirazur to reunite Mauro Colagreco with former chefs for four 20th-anniversary dinners
Mauro Colagreco will bring former members of his kitchen teams back to Mirazur, his three-Michelin-star restaurant in Menton on the French Riviera, for four collaborative dinners marking the close of the restaurant’s 20th-anniversary year. The evenings take place across October, November and December, with each date hosting a different group of alumni, now working in France and abroad, who will return to the kitchens to create a one-off menu.
On each occasion the visiting chefs will design and prepare the dishes together with Colagreco, drawing on the influences and styles they have developed since leaving Mirazur. The experience costs €450 per person, and bookings are taken through the restaurant’s website.
The chef said: “Passing on knowledge is at the heart of what we’re building at Mirazur. We’ve always wanted to share our approach to cooking, ingredients and the world, while giving everyone the freedom to develop their own identity. Seeing these former teammates become chefs today, open their own restaurants and pass on what they’ve learned in turn fills us with immense pride. After 20 years, celebrating Mirazur also means celebrating everything it has helped bring into being.”
