Fullips lip enhancers: review

Fullips lip enhancers: review

Fullips by Rebekah Absalom3

The world-wide obsession with Kylie Jenner’s pout heightens every time she posts a selfie on Instagram – and that certainly is a lot. Now, thanks to Fullips lip enhancers, we have a completely safe and affordable way to achieve this sought-after look.

Founded by Linda Gomez, the Fullips Lip Enhancer is a compact, plastic self-suction device, specifically designed to help women achieve a better lip line and fuller lips.

Simply start by lightly exfoliating your lips and, for best results, wet the area. Then, place the Fullips enhancer over your mouth and suck air in and out until a “seal” is established – you should feel a gentle pulling, which draws blood to your lips. It is advised to hold the enhancer in place for 15-30 seconds at a time, repeating as necessary. This straightforward technique will give you plumper lips in just a few minutes!

These lip enhancers are available in the following sizes, dependent on natural lip shape:

Large round

The largest option is recommended for overall mouth fullness, as it simultaneously encompasses both top and bottom lips.

Medium oval

This version can be used both vertically and horizontally; it is best-suited for those with smaller mouths or thinner lips.

Small oval

The smallest enhancer is ideal for targeting certain areas, using vertically, or one lip at a time.

For further guidance, the Fullips website features excellent “how to” videos for each of the enhancers, whilst their outstanding customer service will advise on the most suitable product for individual clients.

In addition to lip enhancers, Fullips offers a range of lipsticks and even a chic tank top featuring their logo. We also tried out the Lip Plumping Gloss, Waterproof Automatic Lip Liner and Exfoliating Lip Brush.

The former is presented in four beautiful, lustrous shades: Cream, Pink Coral, Pink Champagne and Copper. There is a certainly a hue of lip gloss for every complexion, and they apply sheer but can easily be built to provide a pop of colour. We were pleasantly surprised to discover they contain vitamins in addition to special lip pluming ingredients, which can be felt working with a slight tingling sensation. An extra point is also earnt for not having been tested on animals.

The Waterproof Automatic Lip Liner comes in two standard shades: Cappuccino, a brown, great for warm skin tones, and Pink Daiquri, better suiting paler appearances. These retractable pencils are effortlessly applied and extremely long-lasting; the clever brush end can be used to blend the pencil or fill in the entire lip, depending on the desired look.

Finally, the Exfoliating Lip Brush works wonders in prepping your lips before using the enhancer. It removes dead skin in the gentlest way, ensuring lips are soft and healthy.

Incidentally, the products arrived in the prettiest packaging; we certainly noticed how much thought and care has been put into the brand, from design through to delivery.
