Tucked away from the rain, the stars arrived for the première of Criminal inside the inviting and illustrious Mayfair Curzon.

Criminal sees director Ariel Vromen leading Kevin Costner as an ex-convict who has had the memory and skills of deceased FBI agent Bill Pope (Ryan Reynolds) transferred into his body by neuroscientist (and questionable moralist) Dr Franks (Tommy Lee Jones). Gary Oldman joins the film as CIA chief trying to mould Costner into completing Pope’s assignment.

We caught up with lead Kevin Costner, who talked about the importance of understanding a bad guy to play one, and his inspiring career so far.

We asked Gal “Wonder Woman” Gadot what’s going to be next after all these action-movie roles, she said her plate is full right now and only later in the future she’ll consider what’s next. She joined to movie to work with Ariel, the great cast and, more importantly, the originality of the story which deals with memories and emotions.

Ariel Vromen delivers an action-packed thriller to our screens. We chatted to him about the incredible cast behind Criminal and his macabre love for criminal activity that motivates his films. He admitted that when he first offered the role to Gal he thought he was helping her with her career, two weeks later it turned out it was the other way round once she signed to play Wonder Woman.
