Blossoming flavours: Everleaf’s non-alcoholic aperitif stars in Tattu’s springtime celebration

Everleaf, the award-winning non-alcoholic aperitif, has joined forces with Tattu to craft an immersive Cherry Blossom celebration this spring. The collaboration ushers in a distinct cocktail menu and a masterclass, featuring Everleaf’s Mountain aperitif and centring around the captivating cherry blossom theme.

Three exclusive cocktails grace the menu, each embodying the essence of the cherry blossom season. A notable inclusion is The Ruby Rose Fizz, a vibrant concoction of Everleaf Mountain, Yuzu, and Laurent Perrier Champagne, promising a bright and refreshing experience.

Everleaf’s unique blend of rare botanicals provides a robust alternative for non-alcoholic drinkers seeking a flavourful experience, said Meredith. Their partnership has birthed three distinct cocktails ranging from high to zero ABV, all featuring the tantalising aromas of cherry blossom, rosehip and strawberry.

Set atop The Now Building, Outernet, Tattu London is known for its contemporary Asian cuisine set against the stunning backdrop of panoramic city views. The artful venue offers a harmonious blend of traditional aesthetics and modern methods, making it an ideal location for springtime indulgence.

The man behind Everleaf, Paul Mathew, is both a conservation biologist and a bar-owner who devoted a year to research and development before launching his brand. His inspiration for Everleaf’s Mountain, with its leading cherry blossom flavour, stemmed from a trip to Japan’s magnificent mountains.

The exclusive cocktail menu is available until May.
