Celebrate World Paella Day at Dani García’s BiBo Shoreditch this week

This World Paella Day, BiBo Shoreditch is the place to be for enthusiasts of the iconic Spanish rice dish. The East London restaurant from chef Dani García is offering a special on its paella menu from 20th September until the 24th.

With every paella purchased, customers will receive a complimentary jug of sangria, providing a refreshing complement to a hearty meal. Options on the menu include roasted chicken (£50), slow-cooked Iberico ribs (£58), wild boar bone marrow (£56), grilled octopus (£65), grilled whole blue lobster (£110) and a vegetarian option (£50).

This promotion marks García’s efforts to bring an authentic Spanish dining experience to the UK. His Shoreditch venue hosts an open-kitchen tapas bar and offers all-day dining services. García is well-known for his commitment to traditional cuisine, rooted in his Andalusian heritage. One of his firmly held principles is avoiding the use of chorizo in his paella to maintain its authenticity.

For those eager to celebrate World Paella Day with a Spanish culinary experience, BiBo Shoreditch appears to be offering London diners a genuine treat.
