Bone Daddies launches first-ever breakfast menu with Japanese twist at Victoria branch

London-based ramen restaurant group Bone Daddies has launched its first breakfast menu, exclusively at its Victoria location. The new offering, served daily between 7.30 and 11am, introduces a Japanese-inspired take on traditional morning fare, marking a significant expansion of the brand’s culinary repertoire.
The new selection, developed in collaboration with Tanith West – founder of Toast Hospitality and former head of marketing at Bone Daddies – foregrounds a signature Bacon & Egg Breakfast Ramen, made with housemade pork broth, brown sugar bacon rashers, roasted tomato, mayu oil, half a soy egg, spring onion, beansprouts and noodles. There’s also a choice of tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelettes), with options such as Hot Honey Chicken and Pork Pork Chilli (the latter referencing a popular ramen topping from Bone Daddies’ main menu). Also on the menu are steamed hirata bao buns with breakfast-themed fillings. Variations include Bacon & Egg (with brown sugar bacon, fried egg, smashed tater tots, cheese and spicy Korean ketchup), Sausage & Egg (incorporating chicken fried spam, fried egg, tots, cheese and Buldak mayo) and Hot Honey Chicken (with cornflake-fried chicken, hot honey, fried egg, tots, cheese and Korean mayo).
Alongside the hearty mains to start the day, there are sides such as Spam Fries and BD Breakfast Tots – a dish of spiced tater tots topped with bacon bits, cheese and buldak mayo. There’s also a drinks menu to complement the food, which includes an iced Black Sesame Matcha Latte, a Caramel Miso Latte and a sparkling Yuzu Matcha Lemonade. Standard coffee options are also available for dine-in or takeaway.
The breakfast menu is currently only available at Bone Daddies Victoria, for both dining in and takeaway.
