Wild Idol and The May Fair Bar launch Broadway-inspired alcohol-free cocktail menu for January

Wild Idol, producer of alcohol-free sparkling drinks, has teamed up with The May Fair Bar in London to offer a limited-edition cocktail menu inspired by Broadway. The collaboration, running until the 31st of January, introduces three non-alcoholic cocktails designed to provide guests with a creative and flavourful alternative to traditional beverages during the first month of the year.

The special drinks list features cocktails crafted around Wild Idol’s sparkling rosé and white drinks, each inspired by iconic Broadway moments and the atmosphere of New York nightlife.

The three cocktails on offer are titled Red Carpet, Showtime, and The After Party. The Red Carpet blends Wild Idol Sparkling Rosé with Everleaf Mountain and a house-made berry cordial, described as a tribute to Broadway glamour. Showtime combines Wild Idol Sparkling White, Everleaf Marine, clarified mandarin juice, and homemade lemon verbena cordial, aiming to capture the excitement before a theatre performance. The After Party features Wild Idol Sparkling White, cherry cordial, a Wild Idol foam, and Lyre’s Non-Alcoholic Amaretti, intended to evoke the ambience of New York’s late-night lounges.

In addition to the drinks, guests can order from The May Fair Bar’s food menu of internationally inspired small plates. Dishes include Korean Fried Chicken Lollipops, Crispy Coconut Shrimps, Raclette Cheese Waffles, and Shawarma Sliders.

Paul Beavis, CEO of Wild Idol, said: “January is no longer about saying no, it’s about choosing better. This collaboration with The May Fair Bar shows that alcohol-free can still feel indulgent, playful and full of personality. It’s dry, but never boring.”

Wild Idol’s drinks are produced using traditional winemaking techniques, but without fermentation, resulting in a product that is naturally alcohol-free. The company highlights its use of sustainable practices, including upcycled corks and recycled glass. Wild Idol is also a member of the 1% for the Planet initiative, pledging a portion of its sales to environmental causes.

The May Fair Bar, located at the heart of Mayfair, is part of Edwardian Hotels London, luxury hospitality venues group.
