Up and coming British brand: Kendelle
Ever since London Fashion Week, we’ve been feeling all patriotic. We love all things British (bad weather aside) and one thing us Brits do well is Fashion! We’ve always been known for our fearless style; we’re brave enough to try something new and to always maintain that individual style. So it got us on the search for up and coming brands, especially those founded in the UK.
On that note… we’d like to introduce you to Kendelle! A unique, independent ladies fashion brand creating contemporary pieces with a difference. It was founded in 2011 by head designer Kendell Stanely who graduated from Leeds College of Art & Design. They describe themselves as “fun, forward-thinking fashion for stylish individuals.” What’s better is they don’t mass-produce. No longer will you have that dreaded fear of turning up wearing the same outfit as somebody else!
As Kendelle themselves put it they use “strong silhouettes and bold colours to create stand out designs that ensure our customer always gets noticed in a crowd,” and here at The Upcoming we agree!
As we’re embracing all things British we think it’s even better that everything is designed and manufactured here in the UK by a talented team to ensure the highest quality garments, yet all for a reasonable price. We predict great things to come for Kendelle. Innovative, unique whilst wearable at the same time and we’ve got the S/S’13 lookbook here for you to take a sneak peek at.
