Belvedere Vodka have teamed up with Randall & Aubin in order to launch Belvedere Bloody Mary.

For the month of May, Belvedere Vodka have teamed up with Soho stalwart Randall & Aubin, to offer a themed brunch in order to launch Belvedere Bloody Mary. Their new vodka contains a maceration of seven Bloody Mary ingredients such as horseradish, pepper, tomato and lemon. Head Chef Ed Baines, has come up with a complementary menu and with the help of Belvedere’s chief mixologist, Claire Smith, each dish has been paired with a corresponding take on the Bloody Mary cocktail.

Ed Baines had this to say of the menu: “The Bloody Mary and brunch are intrinsically linked. The history of the Bloody Mary is varied and much debated. After studying its history I have created a selection of brunch dishes that celebrate the drink and capture its essence.”

The Omelette Arnold Bennett is featured because, like the Bloody Mary, it is named after a historical figure. It is paired with the Cucumber Fix cocktail. Other pairings include hot asparagus, crisp maple bacon, and poached eggs and muffins with a Belvedere Pineapple Mary, or pork schnitzel with fried eggs, capers and potato salad, served with a Spicy Apple cocktail.
