Glamour magazine meets Very.co.uk in designing their first collection together

Us girls love to read our weekly magazines and catch up with the gossip, but we also love to shop online in the comfort of our cosy beds. What if we were to tell you that women’s favourite magazine Glamour and online fashion-crazy retailer Very.co.uk have joined creative forces to launch a new clothing line, known as the Glamour collection?

From Monday 4^th February, the exclusive clothing collection will be available to buy on the famous Very.co.uk website. The prices will range from an affordable £15 to £59; no doubt all women will be drawn in by these seductive prices! The assortment will comprise of 13 elite pieces, and will focus on timeless pieces that will, no doubt, last for seasons. The classics will include a trendy tweed biker jacket, sexy sharp-collared white shirt, cool slouchy sweatshirt and many more sassy items. It goes without saying that this collection will be up-to-date with the monochrome look of this season, including colours of whites, blacks and greys. However, Glamour has stamped its identity on this collection with a sprinkle of pretty pink.

The must-have Glamour collection has been designed exclusively for Very.co.uk. The magazine’s editor, Jo Elvin, says: “The team at Glamour and I have loved every minute of designing this collection for Very.co.uk. Our aim for the first collection was to create the building blocks of a great wardrobe with pieces that are classic with an edge.” Moreover, according to the director of Very.co.uk, Jo Owen, the collection created “a perfect fit for Very.co.uk”, with items that are “quirky and fashion-forward yet timeless and 100% wearable. We predict big things for the Glamour collection and for our continued collaboration over the coming seasons”.

To launch this exciting collection, Glamour will feature a four-page editorial in its March 2013 issue. It goes without saying that fashionistas everywhere are gripping onto their chairs waiting for the arrival of this revolutionary collection.
