Nature is something that surrounds us all the time. It’s something that just exists – we just have to accept that it’s part of our lives. For some people though nature is inspiring and can play a big part in their livelihood. At Lexi Jewellery it certainly does.

Greek Goddess

This label was created by Lexi Segre, originally from Puerto Rico, and her passion for jewellery design started when, as a young girl, she created adornments using colourful shells she collected on the island’s beaches. Lexi has lived in many places around the world, including Connecticut, New York, Miami, Chicago and Spain and in all these places she has taken jewellery courses. Her goal, through jewellery, is to heighten the sense of contemporary style and femininity that women of all ages possess, and to bring joy to the wearers. 

Dreamcatcher

Lexi chooses stones, wood, shell, glass or metal elements to create balanced designs that will transcend time. Each piece reveals her passion for the infinitely beautiful colours and textures of nature and reflects her search into the properties and attributes of each type of stone. Lexi uses really beautiful colours.

Lexi Emerald

For example these Colour Blast Handcrafted Mosaic Earrings are made from beautiful emerald green glass beads that really stand out. Her Dreamcatcher Carnelian Handcrafted Earrings are so delicate but the beautiful coral stone in the middle is gorgeous.

Nature plays a big part in everything that Lexi creates. Her inspiration comes from everything nature makes: gorgeous stones and metals, living creatures of our oceans and of our land. Her satisfaction comes from seeing how happy and excited people get when they see and wear her creations.

So maybe now instead of letting nature pass you by, take a look around. You may look at something and think that it would look great as a bracelet or you might pick up some small shells and consider turning them into a pair of earrings.
