ORLY’s Shade Shifter nail polish

ORLY’s Shade Shifter nail polish

Natural nail care cosmetics company ORLY has produced a new topcoat called Shade Shifter. This season is all about an abundance of colour in beauty, making Shade Shifter a must-have for summer. When applied, the coat is dark but alters in transparency depending on temperature of it’s surroundings, so when applied over the top of a different coloured base coat, the base colour is revealed.

The last year has been more than exciting in terms of nail colour, texture and art. From nail foils at Topshop to magnetic glosses from Barry M, alongside an abundance of talent seeping from the internet in the form of detailed line drawings using nail pens, accessorising one’s nails has become as much a staple as styling your hair for a night out.

ORLY has been rolling out innovations in natural nail care since 1975 in over 66 countries, and is showing no signs of stopping! The beauty company’s new Shade Shifter has been created to react with the ORLY Gel FX lacquers so that the heat makes the topcoat translucent, revealing the Gel FX colour beneath! This can also apparently create some jazzy effects during the transition between opposing temperatures. What better for the upcoming summer holidays? The brand is known for its long-lasting endurance, quality and wearability, so give it a go!

Find Shade Shifter amongst many other fierce nail colours here.
