StarNow is searching for the next star!
Following the success of last year’s competition for the Global Model Search, StarNow is running their second competition to search for that next famous face to hit our runways. The competition is open to boys and girls, aged 14 to 21, and has been running from 4th of September and ends on 2nd of October. Last year’s winner is Rebeca Marcos who has already been featured a TopShop campaign this year!
Marcos beat almost 3000 other hopefuls to win the competition and proclaims her joy by saying, “Being part of StarNow’s Global Model Search has been a fantastic experience for me and a whirlwind journey. It’s one of those things that I never really thought I could win, but StarNow have created an amazing campaign that is also supported by Models1, LA Models and Vivien’s Model Management, who all have great global reputations. This model search really does provide the perfect opportunity for young models to take their first steps into the industry”.
Marcos definitely gives you that nostalgic sense that raw talent can still be discovered in the average person on the street!
The campaign is run in conjunction with three other agencies, namely Models 1, LA Models & Vivien’s Model Management all of which have global acclaim within the modeling industry.
Models1 has been in existence for four decades and is responsible for the discovery of industry greats like Twiggy and Linda Evangelista. LA Models & Vivien’s Model Management is also two of the top agencies within the US and Australia respectively.
With StarNow rated as the UK’s leading casting website it is a given that the StarNow Global Model Search will be a definite platform to start a great career as a model.
