When you think of the London look, you might conjure images of gritty urban wear, edgy glamour or the tagline of make-up brand Rimmel London. How about combining all three, and adding one of the hottest music artists to recently hit the London scene, Rita Ora, for the coolest collaboration of 2014. Rimmel has teamed up with the singer to create a capsule colour collection to be released in February 2014.

Who could be more perfect for the brand? (other than Ms Moss, of course). If there’s anyone who knows what’s hot right now, it’s Ora. Her unique sense of British style, a mix of street wear, bold colours and edgy glamour, has been used as inspiration for next season’s must-have beauty colour collection. Ora will work with Rimmel London to create a palette of cool and stylish lip and nail shades for S/S’14.

“I have always loved Rimmel growing up and it is so exciting for me to be able to work with such a cool brand. I am absolutely obsessed with make-up and being adventurous with colours, so when I was given the chance to make my own collection with Rimmel it was like a dream come true!” says Rita Ora.

Both Rimmel London and Ora look to the streets of London as inspiration for products, style and music, making Ora a perfect choice for the brand to collaborate with. “With this new collection we are combining both the London street vibe with Rita’s amazing style and we look forward to sharing the amazing result,” says Rimmel London’s Friedemann Schmid.

For the collection, Ora is following her style instincts and staying true to her London roots, mixing up high-street fashion with high-end designer pieces. The singer is inspired by music, fashion and life, whilst always keeping her looks colourful and fun – something that lends itself perfectly to lip and nail cosmetics.
