There’s nothing better than getting home after a long day at work, school or college and indulging in a luxuriously relaxing bubble bath. For those looking to take their relaxation to the next level, Birch and Brook’s range of natural candles are the perfect addition to your evening routine.

The mind behind Birch and Brook is Jessica Jones who has a background in both interior design and fine art, which has given her an ingrained understanding of how to make a home look, smell and feel fantastic. An increasing awareness of how scent affects the senses meant that Jessica began to explore exactly how we experience scent.

The idea of creating a quality candle that not only captured the essence of a certain memory and mood but also created an atmosphere of quiet luxury meant that Birch and Brook was born. Crafted from the finest ingredients and handmade in England, it has never been easier to feel good about indulging in luxury.

The ingredients are all sourced from sustainable and renewable sources that are grown without pesticides, synthetic fertilisers or hormones. The candles are also vegan and are free from petroleum, paraffin and palm wax. Clean burning and with a burn time of around 40 hours, the candles are free from animal testing and the wicks are lead free and made from natural fibres.

Jessica explains: “It was clear from the start that using a natural wax would best fit the ethos of Birch and Brook. It was really important to me to create a candle that combines both fantastic burn performance and great eco credentials. Clean burning and long-lasting, and made from sustainable and renewable sources, it was the natural choice.”

Birch and Brook’s candles currently come in three scents – Fireside, Library and Secret Garden – and include hints of everything from leather and cedarwood to peony and moss in order to create a perfectly relaxed atmosphere.
