Legendary French chef Daniel Boulud is one of New York’s most acclaimed restaurateurs. In May 2010 he opened Bar Boulod at the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge, which has quickly become one of London’s most enjoyable restaurants. With an incredible wine list, delicious food (their burgers are a must-try) and special events, the chef’s British outpost is the ultimate expression of good food that appeals to a broad clientele: foodies, businessmen and more conservative diners. We had a chat with him about the future of fine dining, the farm-to-table concept and the introduction of some Boulud Sud dishes in the menu for the summer.
