ASOS Marketplace and The Fox Problem x Less Clothing pop-up opening

A sunny Saturday in East London became host to the quirky ASOS Marketplace and The Fox Problem pop-up at Kachette, just off Shoreditch High Street.photo 3

The Fox Problem is a trio made up of Georgia LA, Gemma Cairney and Georgie Okell. Between them, they have created an online entertainment show, which is streamed everyday Tuesday in homage to old-school shows such as The Big Breakfast, but with a 2014 twist. Combining that with the power of social media, the girls are taking over the streets of East London and even have their own street art lying in the heart of a Shoreditch wall.Screen shot 2014-03-25 at 17.13.35

Combining their quirkiness for fashion and all other things alternative, ASOS Marketplace teamed up with The Fox Problem to host a showcase of up-and-coming talent which has been found on the Marketplace website. One of the featured designers was Christopher Bookless, the founder of LESS Clothing.Screen shot 2014-03-25 at 17.12.27

LESS Clothing, hand-crafted in London and formed in 2011, uses the focal point of one-size t-shirts and turns them into creative masterpieces. Giving attention to quality and detail, each of the t-shirts are bold and make a statement.Screen shot 2014-03-25 at 17.12.16

Combining that with day-to-day life as well as counter club culture, LESS really is a brand made for the streets of London. Each piece is crafted with fashion and graphic design, making the garments more than just standard t-shirts. With the likes of Beyoncé wearing the brand’s tees already, it’s clear that it has a bright future ahead of it.Screen shot 2014-03-25 at 17.12.06

Other designers that caught our eye were Philip Normal, whose rail was made up of one-off vintage pieces and one-of-a-kind handmade clothing, and Florence Bridge, who showcased some beautiful digitally printed pieces.

In true fashion style, the event was complete with make-up sessions from Smash Box make-up and hair styling by Bumble and Bumble.
