Burnt premiere: A chat with Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller, Omar Sy and Noel Gallagher on the red carpet

The premiere for Burnt saw the dedicated fans of Bradley Cooper and Sienna Miller flock to Leicester Square to get a glimpse of the stars arriving to a chorus of their names.

We caught up with Sienna Miller and Bradley Cooper talking about their roles in Burnt as lead Adam Jones and his protégé Helene. The on-screen duo’s chemistry was palpable off screen as well as they joked about the wintry temperature and their experiences on a set emulating the busy and high-pressured environment of a two-Michelin star kitchen.

Daniel Bruhl made his way down the press line patiently answering questions about his performance as the maître d’ of the new restaurant.

Omar Sy and Sam Keeley, part of Burnt’s culinary dream team as chefs Michel and David, talked to us about the professional training they received to bring their skills up to par and what is was like to work alongside such a fantastic cast.

Director John Wells spoke about the lengths he went to to preserve the reality of his film, with real heaters in the kitchens and star chefs in the scenes, along with detailing the intense preparation he did for Burnt. Marcus Wareing, the lead consultant chef for the filming who holds two Michelin stars with his Knightsbridge restaurant, told us about his pride in being involved in Burnt and his role creating the exquisite dishes in the film.

Finally Noel Gallagher made a guest appearance to support his friend Bradley Cooper, chatting to us with characteristic good humour and light-hearted banter about his career to what he would request from Cooper the chef.
